Partner Administration
Through the partner administration, existing partner / buyer data can be managed and new partner can be created.
Other modules included are bad customer management, company discount and unsent emails overview.
The Inforius partner administration contains the following functionality:
Partner Search
Partner Search uses a different search criterias to help customer service for finding right customer.
New Partner
The majority of partners / buyers are automatically created via incoming orders with invoice and delivery addresses. However, there are cases where customer service receive request of new order or new B2B partner are created in the inforius directly.
Partner Bad Customer
Customers who do not comply with the merchant's rules can be classified as a "bad customer". This status prevents automatic processing of incoming orders.
In this module, we can blacklist certain partners with either address information like street, Zip code or email etc to avoid fraudsters to mis utilize our platform to buy with wrong credentials.
