| Libri Regalfrei, Germany |
| Regalfrei is the buying application for used books, managed by Libri.de, developed by a
Romanian Nearshore Company. Implementation of the Regalfrei Interface to INFORIUS as well as modifications of the Amazon FBA process. The project is structured into two phases. The first phase covers the standard data exchange from Regalfrei with INFORIUS and the upload of new articles to Amazon FBA. In phase 2 the remission process as well as a multi-channel concept will be added. Phase 2 production date end of April 2011. |

| Inooga has signed a Partner Agreement with Datatrans, dated 12. March 2011 |
| Datatrans is a provider of payment solutions located in Switzerland. Inooga will hold a
partner account for all INFORIUS booksellers using credit card as payment option in the
CMS v1 and CMS V2 web shop systems. In the near future it is planned to move all our
existing web shops to Datatrans.
Datatrans is also providing payment gateways for iPhone and Android applications.. |

| Inooga has signed a Partner Agreement with mediafinanz |
| Mediafinanz is a German based debtor collection company. The interface to be used for the data exchanges INFORIUS to mediafinanz and vice versa has been deployed successfully in a Pilot project.
We intend to move all our customers to mediafinanz, as mediafinanz has participated in the costs of the interface development. |
